Our Production Process

Step 1

Raw Material Preparation

Silica sand, soda ash, limestone, and other raw materials are precisely measured and thoroughly mixed.

Step 2

Batch Melting

The raw materials are fed into a high-temperature furnace and heated in the combustion chamber to over 1400°C to form molten glass.

Step 3

Melting Pool Processing

The molten glass flows into the melting pool, where it is clarified and homogenized to remove bubbles and impurities, ensuring glass quality.

Step 4

Feeding & Forming

Molten glass is channeled into molds via a feeding system. A forming machine (usually IS machine) shapes the glass into perfume bottle blanks through blowing and pressing processes.

Step 5

Annealing

The formed bottles are conveyed into a natural gas annealing furnace for controlled cooling. This removes internal stresses and improves durability.

Step 6

Inspection & Packaging

Finished bottles undergo strict quality inspection. Defective ones are discarded, while approved products are cleaned, packed, and prepared for shipping.
